A centre of competence managed by ADNEOM, which is committed to defining set deliverables, to prioritising activities and to carrying out their services. Both ADNEOM and clients share a capitalisation approach to all the operations performed by our consultants.

Provision of expertise (PM, development, testing) on the basis of a list of skills and a commitment to quality via KPIs. The client is responsible for managing the centre of competence.
