Job description: 

As an ADNEOM consultant, you will have the opportunity to work as a PMO either on internal projects or at clients’ premises. In both case, we always work with the latest technologies and focus on evolution, through missions, trainings and a personalized HR follow-up.


  • Project management, oversight and supervision of key initiatives
  • Document and communicate project status to project team and/or management
  • Collect, maintain and report on planning information as well as risks in Projects
  • Organize and follow-up specific project & team requests like ordering, weekend work, etc.
  • Escalate issues as required to the appropriate project teams, business or counterparts
  • Organize and prepare all needed documents
  • Organize meetings and write minutes
  • Prepare meeting presentations on demand
  • Support in the marketing of the project (Internal communication, events), the resource management process and time tracking


  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Ability to work in English and German
  • IT background
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (mainly Excel; Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Project)
  • Knowledge in project management; certification appreciated
  • Process and client oriented
  • Good planning, organization and coordination of activities is needed
  • A positive and flexible approach
  • Ability to proactively and effectively communicate with project stakeholders
