Excellence and performance represent daily goals for our collaborators. Their skills and experience need therefore to be developed by means of trainings and support. An inquisitive mind along with an unquenchable thirst for knowledge equally serve as requirements.
ADNEOM has developed its own training courses, which are provided by senior internal consultants as well as by experienced external instructors.

An advanced level of English is required. Language courses are, therefore, provided for those who want to improve their linguistic skills. French and Dutch language courses are available in the Benelux countries.
Three types of follow-ups are provided:
1 – A bi-monthly review
In the course of the first two months of a project, a bi-monthly follow-up is conducted enabling us to better understand our consultants’ expectations. This process will enable greater involvement at the heart of the project but also within ADNEOM. These follow-ups can be organised at our premises or directly at the client’s.
2 - A quarterly meeting
Quarterly meetings represent a significant step in order to assess a project along with establishing career development. These opportunities are beneficial to estimate the services provided by our consultants, to evaluate the mission objectives and to implement long-term solutions which would go hand in hand with the desired career developments.
3 – An annual assessment
The annual assessment we provide serves as a means to assess our consultants’ individual services as well as achieved goals over the last year. This assessment interview takes place with the HR and Business Manager. After the assessment, the career development objectives will be collectively negotiated for the coming year.
